Business Development Executive

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive at NoBroker, you will engage with potential customers primarily via phone calls, providing clear explanations of our services. You will identify customer needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and work towards converting leads into confirmed sales. Maintaining continuous communication with prospects and achieving set monthly sales goals are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers through calls to detail NoBroker's offerings.
• Discern customer requirements to propose fitting solutions.
• Successfully convert qualified leads into finalized sales.
• Maintain follow-ups and regular contact with potential clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Eligibility

• Both fresh graduates and candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential.
• Graduation qualification is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities are vital.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
