Business Development Executive

Overview

Asian Lifts And Escalator Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to discover new business opportunities and develop a robust customer base. The role involves frequent visits to construction sites and interaction with builders, contractors, architects, and consultants to identify projects, build relationships, and secure business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to construction locations and meet with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
• Uncover new projects and generate potential business prospects.
• Perform cold calling, hold client meetings, and introduce products effectively.
• Establish and nurture relationships with influential project stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Gather detailed project and market information.
• Arrange customer appointments at the Experience Centre for product demos and requirement discussions.
• Keep updated daily visit reports and maintain CRM data accurately.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team for preparing quotations and tracking project progress.
• Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and business development.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and networking functions as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience ranging from 6 months to 2 years in Business Development or Field Sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven skills in establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Basic proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.

Additional Details

• Age requirement: below 40 years.
• Number of positions available: 20.
• Salary: ₹25,000 per month plus petrol allowance.
