About the Role

This position involves analyzing organizational processes and systems to evaluate the current business model and its integration with technology solutions. The Business Analyst will collect and synthesize data to determine customer requirements, define future state business solutions, and support strategic organizational improvements. • Desirable experience with the OpenLink Endur platform.

• Excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Competence in process mapping and documentation methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and associated tools.

• Educational background requires completion of 15 years of full-time education.
