Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to drive the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions—from gathering requirements to successful deployment and adoption. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects to interpret business needs and convert them into efficient Salesforce functionalities. Responsibilities include supporting testing, training, deployment, and post-launch activities throughout the project lifecycle. This position is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce analysis or functional consulting eager to expand their skills in solution design, stakeholder management, and enterprise project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and engage stakeholders to understand business processes.
• Analyze workflows and document requirements through user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with both business and technical teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions leveraging standard platform features.
• Partner with architects and developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive functional documentation, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
• Participate in deployment, release, and post-implementation support activities.
• Configure Salesforce components such as objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, and security settings.
• Support SIT and UAT testing including defect management and resolution.
• Validate solutions prior to release ensuring compliance with business needs.
• Contribute to creation of training materials, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and integration efforts as required.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Salesforce Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or related roles.
• Possession of Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and preparing functional documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and declarative features.
• Experience developing user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Effective collaboration skills working alongside business and technical stakeholders.
• Advantageous: Exposure to OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Public Sector solutions, Agile methodologies, and regulated/public sector environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
