Business Analyst

Overview

This role focuses on managing vendor partnerships and acting as a business analyst for non-IT initiatives, positioned between administrative and management levels. The specialist handles project management activities including defining goals, monitoring deadlines, tracking metrics, and overseeing budgets, reporting to project management leadership.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with internal distribution partners to synchronize shipments and address escalations.
• Analyze data regarding material inventory flow from production through external warehousing vendors.
• Work alongside the Financial Strategy team to oversee inventory at third-party warehouses and monitor device inventory across retail display venues via Warehouse Management Systems.
• Facilitate and improve forward and reverse logistics processes.
• Conduct unplanned audits of sample inventories held by consolidators.
• Lead Retail Supply Chain innovation projects from start to finish.
• Generate weekly executive summaries on open projects and initiatives.
• Create clear executive reports and communications using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Provide decision-makers with on-demand data utilizing dashboards and tableau.
• Establish and sustain communication channels across business units and project teams.
• Manage storage and retrieval of project communication data and business metrics.
• Review contractual documents, cost proposals, and supplements.
• Document business processes and set up project structures.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and enforce transaction controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Operations, Financial Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the mobile or consumer electronics retail sectors is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.

Compensation and Benefits

The standard pay rate is $42.75 per hour for this role across the U.S. Overtime pay applies at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours exceeding 40 per week as mandated by law. Final compensation depends on skills, education, and experience.
