Business Analyst

Position Overview

This role involves leading the full implementation lifecycle of Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) solutions in a contract-based remote capacity. The Business Analyst will play a key role in making sure that the engineering, manufacturing, and execution data are fully aligned and optimized through Teamcenter systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deployment of Teamcenter Manufacturing solutions.
• Configure and oversee MBOM structures in correlation with EBOM.
• Define and establish Bill of Process (BOP) and Bill of Equipment (BOE) in Teamcenter environment.
• Create and administrate process plans, operational workflows, resource allocation, and plant frameworks.
• Set up manufacturing process planning and shop-floor data relevant for system use.
• Ensure consistency and alignment between engineering designs and manufacturing execution data.
• Perform comprehensive data modeling, build structures, and validate configurations within Teamcenter.
• Assess current and future manufacturing workflows and translate the findings into tailored system configurations.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, configuration guides, and workflow diagrams.
• Support integration initiatives with SAP and MES, ensuring data readiness and structural compatibility.
• Manage lifecycle considerations including effectivity, revisions, and state management within the system.
• Identify system gaps or dependencies and lead efforts to resolve them effectively.
• Work closely with integration, SAP, and business teams to maintain seamless end-to-end data consistency.
• Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including validating test cases and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain high data quality standards and enforce adherence to defined procedures.
• Track work progress and manage tasks through Azure DevOps tools.
• Provide mentorship to team members and promote best practices in Teamcenter use.
