Role Overview
We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead field sales through agency channels in the financial services sector, focusing on Fixed Deposits, Life and General Insurance, and Mutual Funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and oversee a network of independent financial advisors (Business Associates).
- Achieve regional sales targets related to Fixed Deposits and insurance premiums via your advisor network.
- Coach, guide, and inspire agents to improve their productivity and sales performance.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or postgraduate with 1 to 8 years of vigorous sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, Pharma Medical Representative roles, or Retail sectors.
- Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively within the local market.
