Branch Head Cum Manager Operation

About the Role

Midtown Hospital (India) Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Branch Head with 7 to 12 years of experience in healthcare sectors such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, or pharmacies to lead the operations of a comprehensive healthcare facility. This facility includes Multi-Specialty OPDs, a Dental Care Unit, Pharmacy, and Diagnostic Laboratory. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, business expansion, enhanced patient satisfaction, profitability, and strict adherence to healthcare regulations.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• MBA, MHA, BHA, or a graduate degree with significant healthcare management experience.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, or healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership position overseeing a healthcare facility.
• In-depth knowledge of clinic operations, pharmacy, diagnostics, and patient service management.
• Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or D.Pharm) from a Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) recognized institution is mandatory.
• Preferred qualifications include management education such as MBA, BBA, or certification in Hospital Management or Healthcare Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving business development and expanding operations.
• Managing all aspects of branch operations including OPDs, Dental Unit, Pharmacy, and Laboratory.
• Overseeing daily operational activities to enhance revenue, profitability, and patient visits.
• Leading and motivating both clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver excellent service.
• Monitoring billing systems, inventory control, procurement, and managing vendor relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and healthcare guidelines.
• Building and maintaining referral networks, establishing corporate partnerships, and engaging in community outreach.
• Preparing management information system (MIS) reports and achieving specified branch KPIs.
• Cultivating strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Organizing health camps and community health initiatives along with submitting operational reports to Head Office.
