About the Role
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our tyre warehouse. This role involves managing ERP billing processes, coordinating warehouse functions, supervising transport activities, controlling inventory, conducting stock audits, and ensuring efficient dispatches while maintaining operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and related dispatch documentation using Microsoft ERP systems.
- Verify customer orders prior to billing to ensure correctness of pricing, taxes, and document accuracy.
- Maintain proper billing records and generate claims when necessary.
- Manage the inward and outward flow of tyre stock, ensuring timely loading, unloading, and dispatch of vehicles.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO stock management principles and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
- Arrange transport vehicles and liaise with transporters to ensure punctual deliveries.
- Track vehicle movements, address transportation issues, and maintain transporter and freight records.
- Oversee daily stock movement, ensuring alignment between system and physical stocks; report discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate inventory planning with management and conduct periodic physical stock verifications and audits.
- Prepare and submit various operational reports including dispatch, stock, billing, pending orders, and transporter performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, warehouse policies, statutory documentation, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Accounts, Transporters, Customers, and Head Office to resolve dispatch-related queries and maintain smooth communication.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma/certification in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management is advantageous.
- 2 to 5 years experience in warehouse, CFA, depot, logistics, or inventory roles, preferably with Microsoft ERP billing exposure.
- Experience in tyre, automobile, FMCG, or industrial product warehousing is beneficial.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
- Competency in inventory and stock management, billing, documentation, transport coordination, and problem solving.
- Good communication, coordination, numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

Compensation & Growth
