Key Responsibilities

• Independently conduct and oversee barista training in cafés focusing on coffee knowledge, preparation, and latte art
• Enhance service quality and promote sales effectively
• Carry out audits at locations to ensure brand standards and quality assurance
• Collaborate on product assortment management and promotional activities
• Support the Brands department in implementing prescribed standards
• Provide operational assistance for sales projects, store openings, and events

Candidate Profile

• Several years of experience as a barista or within the coffee industry
• Strong expertise in espresso preparation, milk frothing, and latte art
• Enjoy teaching and motivating people
• Willingness to travel frequently and possession of a valid category B driver’s license
• Ability to create a motivating and inspiring training environment
