Role overview

As a barista at Store #07763 in Coliseum Crossing, Hampton, VA, you will help create a welcoming café experience where each beverage and interaction contributes to a positive customer moment. What you will do

• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes, or tailor them when customers request changes such as temperature, ingredient amounts, or substitutions.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, attentive way and respond to their needs through clear communication.
• Handle cash accurately and follow store procedures for safety, security, and operating standards.
• Switch between different store tasks during a shift as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while helping keep the store running smoothly.

Experience and basic qualifications

• No prior work experience is needed.
• You must be able to show up consistently and on time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability should include flexible hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• You should be able to follow store policies and standards for beverage quality, food quality, cash handling, safety, and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• You need to be comfortable learning quickly and carrying out both spoken and written instructions, including asking for clarification when necessary.
