Role Overview

As a Barback at Be At One Chelmsford, known as a "Party Starter," no previous experience is needed. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service and helping create unforgettable nights out.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and naturally each time they arrive.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing bar area.
• Ensure the environment remains safe and hygienic for guests and staff.
• Work alongside the team to improve bartending techniques and uphold high standards.
