Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Bank Policy Writer to join our team in an international fintech setting. The ideal candidate will balance regulatory compliance with operational flexibility to develop and maintain banking policies compliant with local Anguilla laws and international fintech standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, draft, and update comprehensive banking policies, procedures, and internal manuals.
• Ensure policies comply with Anguilla's regulatory framework including the Anguilla Labor Act 2022.
• Work closely with the Legal team to revise policies in line with evolving fintech regulations and international partnership agreements.
• Manage policy documentation to guarantee preparedness for audits and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating policies for financial institutions or fintech organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Ability to quickly understand and apply Anguilla’s legal and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to offshore banking or regulatory experience within Special Economic Zones (SEZ).
