Role Overview

As the Bakery Assistant Manager reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, you will help oversee daily bakery operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Your responsibilities include assisting with team leadership and coaching, production tasks, order management, roster creation, and maintaining smooth workflow within the department.
