Role Overview

We are seeking a Baker who has a love for fresh-baked bread and a belief in made-from-scratch cooking. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing baked goods that meet the high standards of Texas Roadhouse, ensuring quality and consistency in every batch.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhering strictly to sanitation and cleanliness requirements.
• Preparing food items that align with Texas Roadhouse quality benchmarks.
• Baking our signature fresh bread daily.
• Working collaboratively within the team environment to support overall kitchen operations.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $14.00 to $18.00 per hour.
