Role Overview

As a Baker with us, you will help meet the increasing community demand by creating fresh artisan breads and baked goods daily. You'll work in the early mornings starting with an empty bakery and finish with a store filled with tempting treats. We emphasize health and safety through stringent protocols to ensure a secure environment for everyone.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a small team to prepare and bake goods by closely following specified recipes and production schedules
• Measure, mix, shape dough, and operate baking ovens effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and contribute positively to customer satisfaction at the bakery

Candidate Profile

• Display a proactive attitude and strong organizational abilities
• Take pride in delivering high-quality work and actively seek tasks to support the bakery's success
• Show commitment both to the bakery's goals and your professional growth

Physical Demands

• Stand or walk continuously during shifts
• Regularly lift and carry items up to 22 kg
• Engage in frequent reaching, turning, occasional pushing, pulling and bending
• Lift weights of at least 2.5 kg to heights of 1.7 meters
• Use hands constantly, including wrist rotations and occasional firm gripping
