Job description
Position Overview
This role involves comprehensive administration of AWS cloud services and Windows Server environments. Candidates will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Windows Server OS across versions including 2016, 2019, and 2022, while managing AWS infrastructure components effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022).
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, along with file and print services.
- Conduct periodic system updates, patch management, and optimize system performance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and control access policies.
- Monitor overall system health and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues promptly.
- Plan, implement, and oversee backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
- Maintain detailed system documentation, configuration logs, and standard procedures.
- Assure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience (5 to 10 years) in Windows Server administration and AWS management.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related Windows administration tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in networked server environments.
