The Corporate Infrastructure Services Department (CISD) ensures a top-tier workplace environment that empowers employees to excel. Within CISD, the Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement (ESP) team delivers strategic procurement and sourcing support, emphasizing compliance, value maximization, and quality control across all operations.

Role and Responsibilities

The Category Management position within ESP supports both IT and Non-IT procurement needs required by various business units. In this role as Associate or Assistant Vice President (AVP), you will enable business goals by executing strategic sourcing, enhancing commercial value, and fostering strong supplier relationships.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and design sourcing strategies that balance commercial, operational, and risk factors.
• Lead competitive sourcing processes, evaluate supplier proposals thoroughly, negotiate contractual terms, and work alongside Legal and Risk teams to facilitate contract finalization.
• Manage supplier partnerships to improve performance, encourage innovation, and drive continuous enhancements.
• Monitor market trends for opportunities to optimize costs and add value through spend analysis and category planning.
• Participate actively in procurement transformation projects and process improvements to heighten efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 5 and 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, or similar disciplines.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain, operations management, information systems, or related areas.
• Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills with a structured, process-driven execution style.
• Experience handling technology, professional services, corporate communications, or corporate services categories is preferable.
• Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP or Coupa, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is advantageous.
• Communicate confidently, build trusted relationships across diverse organizational levels, and influence decisions effectively.
• Demonstrate adaptability and proactive multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Professional procurement certifications like CIPS or ISM are beneficial but not mandatory.
