Position Summary

The Associate Product Manager will play an integral role in overseeing product lifecycle activities from initial concepts through launch and ongoing management. Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams including Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, this position supports product strategy, development, quality initiatives, and performance analysis. The goal is to foster innovation, enhance product quality, and advance business objectives through data-informed decision-making and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing products through various lifecycle stages including development, commercialization, and post-launch activities.
• Collect and analyze input from multiple departments to inform product decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Help develop product requirements, technical details, platform specifications, and marketing materials for both new and existing products.
• Conduct research on products, market conditions, competitors, pricing, sales, and customer needs to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Participate in product validation and quality assurance efforts, compiling relevant data and summarizing outcomes.
• Track product sales performance, margins, and competitive positioning to support business objectives.
• Support project management efforts such as scheduling meetings, updating progress, monitoring timelines, and facilitating communication among teams.
• Work with internal teams to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in product management, development, marketing, or comparable business fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong analytical aptitude, able to assess sales, market trends, competitive landscape, quality metrics, and customer feedback.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles, lifecycle management, and new product introductions.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capable of collaborating effectively across teams and influencing others without direct authority.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically able to occasionally lift and carry samples weighing up to 15 pounds and available for domestic and international travel as required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary between $75,000 and $90,000.
• Bonus opportunity ranging from 10% to 20% of base salary.
