Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of surgical kits and medical devices, including dispatch, tracking, reprocessing, and return.
- Accurately prepare, package, and ship kits containing implants, instruments, and equipment required for critical surgeries.
- Coordinate the movement of devices and consignment stock across multiple hospitals in Australia and New Zealand.
- Maintain up-to-date tracking and asset visibility using internal systems.
- Conduct detailed quality inspections of returned kits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with hospital staff and internal teams to meet urgent surgical equipment needs and deadlines.
- Respond quickly and effectively to changes in surgical schedules by prioritizing and adjusting deliveries as needed.

- Available for rotating shifts within a 7am to 7pm schedule, including on-call duties and some evening work.
