Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of surgical kits and medical devices, including dispatch, tracking, reprocessing, and return.
• Accurately prepare, package, and ship kits containing implants, instruments, and equipment required for critical surgeries.
• Coordinate the movement of devices and consignment stock across multiple hospitals in Australia and New Zealand.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking and asset visibility using internal systems.
• Conduct detailed quality inspections of returned kits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with hospital staff and internal teams to meet urgent surgical equipment needs and deadlines.
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in surgical schedules by prioritizing and adjusting deliveries as needed.
