Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily tasks for your designated business group, such as reviewing, coding, and reconciling expenses and financial transactions with precision.
• Monitor daily financial transactions and perform periodic general ledger reconciliations for assigned units; assist senior staff with forecasting and month-end closing.
• Master usage of systems like SAP, Analysis for Office (AO), Sidecar, and others to efficiently gather data for reports and analyses.
• Create recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations, including headcount and cost reports as well as monthly close documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Take responsibility for your deliverables, supporting both business projects and worldwide initiatives as needed.
• Identify challenges in processes and systems proactively, proposing improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy; engage in process improvement and automation efforts under guidance.
• Apply foundational financial and business knowledge in everyday operations and reporting tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members, controllers, business partners, and cross-functional groups, adapting to a dynamic work environment with strong teamwork and effective relationship building.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields such as MBA or CMA from an accredited institution.
• Basic understanding of financial/accounting principles, including KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial statements.
• Capability with ERP and financial tools including SAP, Anaplan, SWIFT, and Analysis for Office; quick to learn new technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation and analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and understanding of wider business context.
• Demonstrated self-drive, initiative, and effective self-management.
• Flexibility and openness to feedback in a fast-evolving workplace.

Additional Details

• Work location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Shift timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
