Key Responsibilities
- Execute monthly payroll processing ensuring compliance with Singapore's statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file income tax returns in Singapore, including Forms IR8A and IR21.
- Manage government-paid leave claim submissions accurately and punctually.
- Generate monthly payroll-related reports, including General Ledger documentation.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding payroll and compliance matters.
- Assist with general administrative duties related to payroll operations.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to meet deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Possess numerical aptitude complemented by analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced spreadsheet skills essential) and competent in Microsoft Word.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 12 months (Associate level) or 36 months (Consultant level) experience in local payroll or human resources functions.
- Solid understanding of Singapore’s human resources processes, payroll procedures, employment laws, and best practices.
