Overview

The Associate CAD Manager in the Retail Asset Operations division plays a pivotal role in overseeing everyday tasks linked to retail banking products. Responsibilities encompass onboarding customers, configuring credit limits, executing disbursements, and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) reports. The position demands precision, adherence to organizational standards, and smooth interaction with relevant stakeholders for seamless transaction handling.

Primary Duties

• Guarantee accurate transaction processing aligned with stipulated turnaround times.
• Oversee onboarding for retail products, including credit limit establishment and fund disbursement.
• Keep MIS reports current related to limits and disbursement activities.
• Leverage in-depth understanding of retail banking operations backed by over two years of pertinent experience.
• Gather and assess data from various stakeholders to facilitate regulatory reporting and internal decision-making.
• Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of data to ensure precise reporting.
• Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Engage effectively in communication with both internal teams and external partners via verbal and written channels.

Secondary Duties

• Administer relationships with vendors, including legal, technical, and Registrar of Companies (ROC) collaborators.
• Develop presentations for internal evaluations and provide analytical support for current projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduated in any discipline from an accredited institution.
• At least two years' experience in retail asset operations or comparable roles.
