Key Responsibilities

• Updating internal and external systems with procedural developments and documents related to client case portfolios to ensure current information management.
• Monitoring correspondents by registering them, scheduling routine follow-ups, and ensuring timely responses to fulfill diligences.
• Registering cases upon client contract confirmation and accurately reporting updates to internal and external platforms.
• Managing operations including case registration, obligations execution, payments, case closures, release of guarantees, and accounting settlements to ensure quality handling from initiation to conclusion.
• Drafting simple petitions and responses on less complex legal matters.
• Negotiating agreements in procedures where applicable to fulfill client-defined objectives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Law.
• Prior experience in the legal field.
• Basic knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and LibreOffice.
