Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in leading daily store operations, boosting sales, and mentoring your team to excel. You work closely with the Store Manager overseeing a multimillion-dollar business to ensure efficient customer service and smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop future store leaders through training and mentoring team members.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory and minimize stock loss effectively.
• Participate in frontline duties including register operation, shelf stocking, and merchandising special deals.
• Proactively identify areas for operational improvement.
• Ensure seamless store operation contributing to high customer satisfaction.
• Take full charge of store management during the Store Manager’s absence.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior leadership experience, ideally in customer service settings.
• Strong communication skills to inspire team and engage customers.
• Enthusiasm and capability to motivate, train, and support team productivity.
• Ability to assist the Store Manager in meeting store objectives.
• Professionalism and responsible approach in all situations.
• Self-reliance in implementing company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $103,200 to $109,200 inclusive of superannuation and estimated bonuses.
