Overview
Carter Murray is partnering with a global electronics manufacturer to fill the role of Assistant Sales Manager responsible for overseeing sales operations across CIS and Africa regions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute tailored sales strategies for various regional markets.
- Promote revenue increase and expand market presence.
- Enhance and streamline regional sales workflows ensuring ongoing advancement.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Acquire new client accounts within CIS and African territories.
- Manage distribution teams and channel partners while monitoring their performance.
- Detect and communicate any discrepancies between current sales efforts and the strategic plan to senior management.
Requirements and Experience
- Proficiency in Russian language is essential.
- Minimum of three years' experience in comprehensive sales management roles.
- Familiarity with retail and distribution networks within CIS countries.
- Experience in the consumer electronics sector.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management.
