Role Overview
The Assistant Project Manager role, based in Clearwater, FL, is a full-time, onsite position dedicated to assisting project managers with the oversight of signage and branding projects. This involves supporting project planning, maintaining schedules, tracking project milestones, and assuring that project outputs meet established quality criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in expediting material orders and approvals to ensure timely project progress.
- Coordinate inspections and carry out quality control checks to verify compliance with specifications.
- Manage logistics for shipments, on-site activities, and installation scheduling.
- Communicate regularly with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, update status reports, and address issues proactively to prevent delays.
- Collaborate closely with design, fabrication, and installation departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
