Key Duties

• Oversee daily operations within a designated department.
• Serve as Duty Manager during Store Manager absences, ensuring smooth operations storewide.
• Support Store Management in reaching corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead your team to consistently provide excellent customer service.
• Uphold high standards in store presentation, stock management, loss prevention, and administrative compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and policies.
• Leverage management data to guide strategic business decisions effectively.
