Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing all Stationstore operations. Your duties include hiring, supervising staff, coordinating daily operational tasks, bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining high service standards. You will ensure prompt and courteous customer service, regular onsite attendance, and uphold the quality of our food service program by leading by example. A proactive leadership style characterized by urgency, patience, and effective communication is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience
• Prior supervisory or management roles
• Experience with recruitment processes

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during shifts
• Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasionally lifting or carrying up to 60 pounds waist level
• Push/pull force up to 20 pounds using arms
• Bending at the waist with some twisting for up to an hour per shift
• Manual dexterity such as grasping, reaching, and coordination; may involve ladder use for storage or signage
