Position Overview

We are seeking a design-oriented Architect / Architectural Designer to play a key leadership role within the studio. This opportunity suits individuals passionate about influencing projects from initial conceptualization through construction phases, with a desire to have significant impact on design outcomes.

The role involves close client engagement, leading design initiatives, and overseeing projects throughout their lifecycle. High levels of autonomy and the chance to shape the studio’s design vision while working alongside a skilled team are prominent features of this position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in ArchiCAD software
• Demonstrated experience within New Zealand's architectural sector
• Portfolio showcasing strong design skills, clear concepts, and successfully executed built projects
• Proven ability to lead residential projects from concept to completion
• Experience managing client communications and coordinating with consultants
• Collaborative attitude with an enthusiasm for mentoring and design leadership

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranging between 80000 and 100000 NZD annually, dependent on experience
