Position Overview

We are looking to hire an Appointment Center Representative committed to delivering exceptional customer service and upholding integrity while interacting with customers, our community, and team members. This role is key to scheduling and managing appointment logistics efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out designated tasks promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with the management and team members to meet company goals.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication channels including calls, emails, and text messages, while maintaining daily documentation in company systems.
• Respond promptly to leads and arrange appointments for Building Science Specialists following company protocols.
• Prepare and organize documents required for specialist appointments.
• Manage and prepare mailing tasks as assigned.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear correspondence with customers, vendors, and team members.

Additional Details

This position is full-time, with working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The salary range offered is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.
