Allocation Execution Specialist - 12 Months Contract

Summary

The Pacific Operations division at Apple invites applications for the position of Allocation Execution Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support supply and demand fulfillment activities across Pacific countries for products including iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, Vision Pro, and accessories. Candidates must be proactive, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SAP tactical transactions and collaborate with OEMs to achieve full product fulfillment within the Asia Pacific region.
• Support the new product introduction team ensuring smooth and effective product launches.
• Participate actively in User-Acceptance Testing and project efforts, contributing to process improvements for team scalability.
• Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve disputes and discrepancies, drive inventory management goals, and potentially lead a team of specialists to achieve operational targets.
• Identify and suggest enhancements related to processes, tools, and systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex analyses to senior leadership.
• Preferred experience: 1 to 3 years in a multinational setting within a similar supply chain or operations role is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical abilities with attention to detail and a focus on business and consumer needs.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain a positive demeanor in a dynamic environment.
• Effective teamwork and leadership qualities, including confident decision-making under pressure.
• Experience with Excel, SAP, and programming languages/tools such as Python, Tableau, and VBA is beneficial.
