Overview

This role involves developing sophisticated AI and natural language processing technologies to enhance digital customer interactions. The engineer will conceptualize, build, and optimize machine learning algorithms, data workflows, and intelligent automation, deploying these in practical business contexts. The position bridges AI research and implementation, creating scalable solutions leveraging cloud infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies while collaborating across engineering teams to ensure performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Create and refine NLP, generative AI, and machine learning models powering smart digital engagement tools.
Implement scalable platforms for AI modeling, experimentation, model training, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.
Construct and manage data pipelines, AI training utilities, and development workflows for efficient model lifecycle management.
Investigate, prototype, and embed algorithm improvements to boost accuracy, speed, and scalability of AI models.
Develop tailored machine intelligence applications to meet client and industry-specific requirements.
Oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance AI models in production settings.
Partner with platform and engineering teams to engineer tools that facilitate accelerated AI progress and rollout.
Document technical processes, promote knowledge exchange, and participate in internal AI and ML training programs.
Make strategic technology choices balancing innovation, scalability, and business value.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of three years’ experience in AI, machine learning, NLP, data engineering, or similar technical discipline.
Master's degree or equivalent qualifications in AI, machine learning, NLP, computer science, or related field.
Demonstrated capability to build AI production systems involving generative AI, NLP, speech technologies, or deep learning.
Strong programming and software engineering expertise in developing scalable and dependable applications.
Proven skill in constructing machine learning models with constrained training datasets.
In-depth understanding of model development processes, experimentation frameworks, and deployment strategies.
Fast adeptness in adopting new technologies, exploring emerging AI methods, and translating concepts into deployable solutions.
Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries like PyTorch.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Linux, Apache Airflow, Docker, and Node.js is advantageous.
Excellent communication abilities and collaboration in dynamic, cross-disciplinary teams.
A strong drive to enhance AI performance and build scalable machine learning infrastructures.
