As a remote AI Tools Associate, you will monitor logs and verify that automated workflows perform as intended.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee automated data pipelines and identify any processing errors impacting the investment team.
• Conduct tests on new prompt templates and interface changes to verify they suit client operational requirements.
• Maintain documentation outlining solutions to common issues within internal wikis and standard procedures.
• Work alongside senior consultants to chart data transfer flows from source documents to the reporting systems utilized by the investor.
• Carry out routine data entry and clean-up to keep reference datasets accurate and dependable.
• Compile weekly summary reports highlighting stable procedures and those needing manual intervention.
• Review system logs daily to detect recurrent bottlenecks in document processing.
