About the Role
We are seeking a technical partner to join as AI Technical Co-Founder / CTO to launch an international AI PropTech startup based in Hamburg, Germany. This position is beyond a conventional CTO role, aiming to collaboratively build a company from the ground up, develop the product, and actively participate in long-term global business growth.
About the Project
The initiative, ImmoFirst / Immo Copilot, employs artificial intelligence to assist property buyers by analyzing documents, identifying risks, evaluating properties, and facilitating the purchase process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Designing the product's technical architecture
- Developing a minimum viable product (MVP)
- Integrating AI technologies such as large language models, document analysis, and process automation
- Selecting an appropriate technology stack
- Building and shaping the future development team
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in creating SaaS or AI-based products
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ready to take on the role of technical co-founder
- Proficiency in Russian language
- Located in Germany or willing to work in Hamburg onsite
