Job description
Position Overview
This role involves a 12-month contract with a potential extension of another 12 months, based in Canberra with a hybrid working format. Applicants must be Australian citizens and capable of obtaining Baseline security clearance.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy Foundry agents customized to meet business requirements such as summarization, document creation, and assisting decision-making.
- Integrate Foundry with enterprise data services including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams to expand its knowledge repository.
- Continuously refine agent prompts, workflows, and templates to enhance both relevance and user experience.
- Support activities related to onboarding, training, and communications consistent with the Copilot Change and Communication Plan.
- Contribute to the development of educational materials and user manuals for Copilot functionalities and agent operations.
- Develop code utilizing AI-related programming languages.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Certifications in Azure technologies.
- Hands-on experience managing Foundry and Azure environments.
- Proven competence in the secure and safe configuration of AI agents.
- Experience working with generative AI models and prompt engineering tailored for enterprise contexts.
- Strong background in integrating AI solutions within cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities for tackling digital system complexities.
- Effective communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience, including conducting user training or workshops.
- Awareness of ethical AI deployment standards with an active stance on minimizing bias and promoting fairness.
