Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and accountable AI Content Moderator to assess and manage digital content, ensuring it aligns with platform policies, community standards, and quality benchmarks. The role focuses on evaluating both user-generated and AI-generated content, detecting policy breaches, and applying moderation actions to sustain a safe, respectful, and credible online space.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate various digital contents including text, images, audio, and video using moderation tools and AI-enhanced technologies.
• Confirm compliance of content with established standards and identify inappropriate or harmful material.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and keep detailed records of moderation activities.
• Monitor content trends to uncover emerging risks and offer feedback to refine moderation workflows and AI model accuracy.
• Collaborate with policy, trust and safety, operational, and technical teams to consistently enforce moderation guidelines.
• Support assessment of AI-generated outputs, report quality issues, and back policy updates while aiding continuous improvement in efficiency and processes.
• Document moderation decisions, safeguard sensitive data confidentiality, and uphold compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality control activities, track key performance indicators, and remain updated on evolving policies and digital safety protocols.
• Exhibit professionalism, impartiality, and consistency when handling sensitive or disturbing content.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Psychology, Linguistics, or related disciplines.
• Comprehensive understanding of content moderation concepts, online community guidelines, and digital platform regulations.
• Experience with AI-supported moderation software, content management platforms, and digital operational processes.
• Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills to make fair and reliable decisions.
• Exceptional written communication abilities with high attention to grammar, spelling, and language clarity.
• Capability to evaluate text, images, audio, and video thoroughly and precisely.
