Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end admissions lifecycle starting from initial inquiries to final enrollment of students.
• Ensure thorough and precise handling of all submitted applications and supporting documents such as transcripts, standardized test results, and letters of recommendation.
• Organize and coordinate events related to admissions including open houses, interviews, and campus tours to enhance prospective student engagement.
• Lead and supervise the admissions team to uphold superior customer service standards and streamline organizational procedures.
• Provide ongoing training and professional growth opportunities to the admissions staff members.
• Set and achieve performance objectives for team members while fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusiveness.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with applicants and their families regarding processes, deadlines, and requirements pertinent to admissions.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with secondary schools, guidance counselors, community groups, and educational bodies to expand outreach.
• Act as the face of the institution at educational fairs, recruitment drives, and other external forums.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with academic, financial aid, and student service divisions to facilitate smooth onboarding of admitted students.
• Partner with marketing to design promotional content aimed at improving the admissions experience.
• Ensure compliance with all institutional guidelines, accrediting standards, and legal regulations governing admissions.
• Maintain detailed and current applicant records within the admissions data management system.

Experience & Qualifications

• Possess 10-12 years of dedicated admission experience exclusively at reputed management colleges or universities.
• Hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent.
