Overview
Join Mondelēz International as an Administration & Culture Coordinator in Scarborough, Ontario. Be at the heart of daily operations, supporting smooth processes and fostering a strong workplace culture within our plant. This role involves managing administrative tasks, budget and expense handling, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and providing comprehensive support to plant management and employees.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative assistance and build solid relationships with those you support.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and purchasing procedures effectively.
- Support culture-building and employee engagement activities on site including organizing events and celebrations across various shifts.
- Ensure proper archiving and filing practices in accordance with legal and company standards.
- Maintain and update reports, systems, and plant data consistently.
- Coordinate logistics for travel, meetings, training sessions, and events including food arrangements.
- Assist with communication channels such as managing plant communication boards and producing newsletters and announcements.
- Provide administrative support during plant visits and facilitate effective communication between teams.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Support the HR lead on various projects and take on additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree or college diploma in Human Resources is essential.
- Experience in administrative or HR support roles is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms) and Teams.
- Strong customer service skills with a caring and proactive approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments, eager to embrace new ideas and support continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base salary ranging from 59800 to 74750 CAD annually, dependent on experience, skills, education, and budget. Additionally, eligible for a competitive bonus program targeting 6% of salary with further upside based on company performance.
