Accountant

Role overview

Infolabs Global is seeking a careful and organized Accountant to support day-to-day finance operations in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position suited to someone who can manage bookkeeping tasks, keep records accurate, and contribute to routine reporting and compliance work.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting entries and track financial transactions accurately.
• Create invoices, payment receipts, and payment documentation.
• Monitor and update accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Match bank statements with the ledger and resolve differences.
• Compile monthly financial reports.
• Support VAT return preparation and related compliance work.
• Maintain complete and reliable accounting records.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or comparable accounting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid MS Excel ability.
• Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
