Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to prospective students and parents regarding educational courses and admission processes.
• Convert initial interest into confirmed admissions through persistent follow-ups and guidance.
• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Manage leads generated from multiple sources including walk-ins, telephone calls, website inquiries, and online marketing campaigns.
• Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with students to secure enrollment commitments.
• Keep detailed admission records and generate regular daily and weekly reports for management.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing departments to ensure seamless admission procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in any field; an MBA is preferred.
• Have between 2 to 6 years of experience in education admissions, counseling, sales, or business development.
• Demonstrate strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Show a track record of achieving targets related to admissions or sales.
• Familiarity with technical or IT-related courses is advantageous.
