Role Overview

As an Academic Counselor, you will act as a pivotal link between current student potential and future career success. This role suits a motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in student guidance, inside sales, or customer relationship management, who demonstrates high energy and excellent communication capabilities.

Core Duties

• Master key educational segments swiftly to provide specialized counselling for students navigating Research, Internships, USMLE, and International Cambridge certifications.
• Engage in active listening with students and parents to grasp academic concerns and career aspirations.
• Develop and communicate well-structured study plans, proposals, and professional correspondence.
• Conduct impactful counselling sessions in English and Hindi with confidence and consultative approach.
• Efficiently handle incoming leads, nurture prospects, and convert inquiries into enrollments within YungUnitee’s certification programs.
• Support enrolled students by maintaining regular contact to encourage engagement with gamified learning and Practera projects.
• Keep precise records of all student interactions, pipeline status, and feedback using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech sales, Career Advisory, Inside Sales, or CRM.
• Graduation degree in any discipline is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and rapport among youth aged 16 to 35 years.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM software, video conferencing tools, and quick adaptability to technology platforms.
• Motivated, target-oriented, and flexible within a fast-growing work environment.

Additional Information

• Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Office-based, full-time)
• Salary: Up to 350000 INR per year, plus enticing performance bonuses.
