The internship aims to nurture talent acquisition skills including recruitment, stakeholder collaboration, resume evaluation, and communication excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support resume sourcing and screening efforts across multiple job boards and social media channels.
- Arrange interviews and assessments by liaising between candidates and hiring teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend hiring needs and contribute to crafting recruitment strategies.
- Manage updates to candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Participate in organizing job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent acquisition drives.
- Compose and publish job descriptions on various platforms, including the company website and job portals.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
