About the Internship

Join SolarSquare Energy as a Talent Acquisition Intern and develop practical expertise in recruiting and hiring processes within a dynamic and fast-moving environment. This position offers a rare chance to engage directly with various aspects of talent sourcing and candidate management while contributing to a leading rooftop solar company in India.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates through multiple recruiting platforms and tools.
• Organize and arrange interviews, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers to streamline hiring.
• Keep the candidate database and recruitment records current and accurate.
• Perform initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

Applicants must be available to commit full-time (on-site) for a 3-month internship, beginning between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026. Candidates should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for recruitment and HR processes. Fresh graduates seeking career opportunities are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹27,000, combining fixed pay (₹12,000 - ₹15,000) and performance incentives (₹4,000 - ₹12,000).
• Successful interns may receive a certificate and a job offer.
• Permanent hiring offers an annual package between ₹400,000 and ₹450,000 upon conversion.
