About the Internship

The role allows participants to work remotely and gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations over a 3-month period.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all stages of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Source potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Broxer, job portals, and other resources.
- Review resumes, shortlist applicants according to job criteria, and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain continuous communication with candidates.
- Create and distribute job descriptions, assessment invitations, and interview details.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and managing related documentation.
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and HR records with accuracy.
- Coordinate with candidates on assessments, interview arrangements, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
- Ensure confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative tasks, including employee engagement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to work from home and start between August 12, 2026, and September 16, 2026.
- Available for the entire 3-month internship duration.
