Overview

AEC Tradefairs, a premier organizer of financial services and technology exhibitions in India, invites applications for a Marketing Intern to assist with the Finbridge Expo, a leading finance-sector exhibition conducted across multiple cities. This hands-on internship provides comprehensive exposure to planning, promoting, and executing large-scale financial events.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead marketing and sales efforts for company exhibitions, chiefly focusing on Finbridge Expo.
Contribute to end-to-end event lifecycle management including marketing, sales, client service, and operational support.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase exhibitor and visitor engagement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and industry partners.
Assist in rolling out strategic marketing campaigns leveraging both digital channels and offline media to boost brand awareness.
Participate in event planning and ensure smooth on-site coordination during events.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be available for a full-time in-office internship.
Willingness to start between August 1, 2026, and September 5, 2026.
Commitment to a four-month internship duration.
Possession of relevant skills and genuine interest in marketing and event management.

Stipend and Perks

Monthly stipend ranges from INR 12,500 to INR 20,000, consisting of a fixed component between INR 7,500–10,000 and incentive pay of INR 5,000–10,000.
Certificate of internship completion provided.

Work Location

The role is based in Borivali West, Mumbai, approximately a five-minute walk from Borivali Railway Station.
