Role Overview
The Lead Management Intern will work alongside the marketing and sales teams to generate, qualify, and nurture leads that support business growth. This role is suited for someone who enjoys communication, is proactive, and wants hands-on experience in lead handling and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Use CRM tools to record, monitor, and organize leads across the sales funnel.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and online messaging to assess interest and fit.
- Support lead generation efforts by contributing to strategies that improve customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are transferred correctly and followed up on in a timely manner.
- Review lead data and share insights that can help improve lead management practices.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives designed to attract and convert new leads.
- Keep track of current industry trends and proven methods to strengthen lead management outcomes.
