About the Internship
This internship offers comprehensive exposure to Human Resources functions by assisting in end-to-end recruitment and maintaining HR operations. Selected interns will actively participate in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and handling communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. The role includes maintaining employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases while preparing various HR reports and documentation. Additional HR support tasks will also be assigned by the team.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship.
- Should be able to commence the internship anytime between August 5th and September 9th, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship period is required.

Compensation and Benefits
The monthly stipend ranges from INR 15,000 to 18,000. Upon successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary ranges between INR 300,000 and 350,000. Additionally, interns will receive a certificate upon completion of the internship.
