Human Resources (HR) Internship

Overview

This internship offers an immersive experience in human resources within India's pioneering private R&D firm specializing in metallurgy and materials, Metnmat. The role involves hands-on participation in recruitment and various HR functions that support the organization's workforce lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist throughout the recruitment pipeline from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Utilize online job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates aligned to job requirements.
• Arrange candidate interviews and maintain communication.
• Monitor and update candidates regarding interview progress and eventual joining procedures.
• Draft and issue offer letters, internship agreements, and other personnel documentation.
• Manage and update candidate and employee databases, ensuring record accuracy.
• Support new hire onboarding and induction programs.
• Collaborate with educational institutions for internship programs and campus hiring initiatives.
• Perform supportive HR operational tasks including documentation and reporting activities.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must commit full-time, in-office availability for the six-month program.
• Should be able to commence the internship between August 3, 2026, and September 7, 2026.
• Possess relevant skills such as MS Excel proficiency and spoken English.
