Join Trading Fox Private Limited as an HR intern and work directly with our proactive HR team to acquire practical experience across diverse human resource activities. Your contributions will be vital in supporting HR operations and ensuring efficient departmental functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding by managing job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
- Accurately maintain and update employee records using MS-Excel while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions and employee training programs.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events to nurture a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Work alongside team members to effectively implement HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and concerns promptly with accurate information.
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and experience.
